1) Go to your Browser's Internet Options 2) On the General Tab be sure you click "Delete Browsing History on Exit". 3) Click APPLY on bottom of window. 4) Click the settings (right next to Browsing History). Wheren it says check for newer versions of the page be sure to check "Automatically". Click OK on that screen. Close Options windows.
Problem will not happen again.
